All of our Plumbing Maintenance Plans come with a 12-month term, and we lock in your rates for the entire year. You can also choose to pay a low, one-time annual rate and enjoy uninterrupted service all year long!

What if I sell my home? Will my plan transfer?

Advantage and Elite memberships are fully transferable — a great value-add when selling your home.

What happens during an inspection?

Plumbing Maintenance Plan Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern enrollment in and use of the Essential, Advantage, and Elite Membership Plans (collectively, “Plan” or “Plans”) offered by Leading Edge Plumbing & Rooter (“LEP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling, the customer (“Member” or “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

4.1 Eligibility & Enrollment

Plans are available to residential properties within LEP’s standard service area (50‑mile radius of Sylmar, CA). Commercial properties require a separate agreement.
Enrollment becomes active upon (a) acceptance of these Terms and (b) successful initial payment.
Plans are non‑insurance maintenance agreements and are not a warranty contract or a guarantee against all plumbing failures.

4.2 Pricing, Billing & Renewal

Monthly dues: Essential $12.99, Advantage $19.99, Elite $34.99, plus applicable taxes.
Dues are automatically charged to the payment method on file every 30 days. Annual pre‑pay options are available at published rates. Prices are locked for the first 12 months following enrollment. LEP reserves the right to adjust pricing thereafter with 30‑days’ written notice.
Plans renew month‑to‑month until cancelled by either party.

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel at any time by phone, e‑mail, or written notice. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Fees already paid are non‑refundable after the first 30 days of membership, except where required by law.
LEP may cancel for non‑payment, abuse of program benefits, or changes in service area, with 10‑days’ notice.

4.4 Benefits & Limitations

Your plan includes only the services listed in the Membership Matrix (Section 3 above).
Leading Edge Plumbing applies all discounts exclusively to our own labor and parts. Discounts do not apply to third-party fees or permit costs.


We guarantee priority response times – 48 hours, 24 hours, or 4 hours or less. This includes for covered service calls made through the VIP or main office lines. Major disruptions like natural disasters or civil emergencies may delay response times.


To receive your complimentary services—annual drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, water heater flush, and camera inspection—you must schedule them during regular business hours. Services have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit. You forfeit any services not used during the membership term.
You earn Loyalty Credits at 3% of your paid membership dues and can use them toward qualified replacements such as repiping or installing a new water heater, up to $500. Credits expire if your membership remains inactive for more than 30 days.
You may transfer Advantage and Elite Plans to a new homeowner once during escrow by submitting a written request. Essential Plans remain non-transferable.


4.5 Exclusions

Your plan does not cover catastrophic failures resulting from acts of God, pre-existing code violations, or misuse.
The plan also excludes septic systems, water filtration equipment, HVAC systems, gas lines beyond the meter, and any work that requires excavation deeper than two feet—unless your agreement specifically lists these items as add-ons.
Leading Edge Plumbing does not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from service delays or work performed.

4.6 Modifications

LEP may modify these Terms by posting updated Terms on our website and sending notice to Members’ e‑mail on file. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

4.7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The laws of the State of California govern these Terms. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to submit it to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party agrees to cover its own legal fees.
